By placing an order on this website, you enter into a legally binding contract with Vanguard Cases. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. Accordingly, if you purchase any of our products you are confirming your agreement with our terms and conditions.

2. Prices & VAT

Vanguard Cases is registered as VAT exempt under Maltese law. Prices displayed do not include VAT, as VAT is not applicable to this business. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you will pay — there are no hidden fees or additional charges.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Placing an Order

When you click 'Pay Now' and your payment is accepted, a legal contract is formed between you and Vanguard Cases. You will receive an order confirmation email which shall also serve as your proof of purchase and fiscal receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, and, in such cases you shall receive a full refund within 14 days from the day on which the product becomes unavailable.

Please note that if there is reasonable suspicion that you are engaging in fraudulent activity, the order shall be cancelled and a refund shall be at the discretion of Vanguard Cases.

4. Delivery

Delivery Area
We deliver across Malta and Gozo. This is a local delivery service only — we do not deliver internationally.

Malta Home Delivery — €3
Orders to Malta mainland are delivered within 2 days. Once your order is ready, we will contact you on WhatsApp on your delivery day to arrange a convenient time. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct at checkout.

Gozo Delivery — €3
Gozo orders are sent via local mail. Please allow 3–5 days for your order to arrive. The €3 delivery fee applies.

Delivery Queries
For any delivery queries, please contact us on WhatsApp. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Made to Order Delivery
Made to Order cases cannot be purchased online. Please contact us on WhatsApp to place a Made to Order request. We will confirm availability and delivery timeframe before any payment is taken.

We will deliver your order within 30 days of the date of purchase unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you before your order is placed. This is a requirement under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us at vanguardcasesltd@gmail.com and we will investigate or issue a full refund.

5. Stock & Made to Order Policy

Some phone models are marked as In Stock and are available for immediate purchase through the standard checkout. Others are listed as Made to Order — these are produced specifically for you after we receive your request and are not available to buy directly online.

In Stock models show a stock level on the product page. If a model shows "Only X remaining", these are the last units available before the model becomes Made to Order.

Made to Order models cannot be added to your cart. To place a Made to Order request:

  1. Select the Made to Order model on the product page and tap the "ORDER VIA WHATSAPP" button, or message us on WhatsApp directly.
  2. We will confirm availability and quote a delivery timeframe.
  3. No payment is taken until you have confirmed you are happy to proceed.

Made to Order cases are produced to the same quality standard as our In Stock cases. Delivery timeframes for Made to Order items vary and will be confirmed before payment.

6. Defective or Damaged Goods

Under EU law, goods must be delivered in conformity with the contract. If your case arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return delivery costs if required.

Your statutory consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Act and EU law are not affected by these terms.

7. Custom Cases — Your Image

When you upload an image for a custom case, you confirm that:

  • You own the copyright to the image, or have permission from the copyright owner to use it for this purpose.
  • The image does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • The image does not contain offensive, illegal, or defamatory content.

We reserve the right to refuse production of any image that violates these conditions. If we refuse, you will receive a full refund.

8. Our Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, website content, and imagery created by Vanguard Cases are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

9. Payment & Security

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We use Stripe's Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) to comply with the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any losses arising in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by these terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Your Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cool-Off Period

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

14. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom / personalised cases — where you have uploaded your own image or design, the item is made specifically for you. Once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of payment), custom cases cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Standard (non-custom) cases are fully covered by the 14-day withdrawal right above.
